Help fuel Silverleaf's growth by supporting fundraising, grant writing, and strategic partnerships. Working closely with the CEO and Development Director, you'll strengthen donor relationships, secure new funding opportunities, and help build the systems that enable more children to access quality education.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master's is an advantage).
At least 1 year of relevant experience through internships or professional roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong project management, organisation, and research skills.
Experience in grant writing or proposal development is preferred.
Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for education and social impact.
What you'll do:
Support the execution of Silverleaf's fundraising strategy.
Research and identify grant, donor, and sponsorship opportunities.
Draft grant proposals, fundraising campaigns, and donor communications.
Manage donor relationships, CRM records, and stewardship activities.
Coordinate fundraising events, conferences, and CEO engagement activities.
Build partnerships with foundations, development agencies, and corporate partners.
Manage grant reporting, compliance, and impact reporting.
