Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 3 years' teaching experience in upper primary.
Demonstrated experience in academic leadership or instructional coaching.
Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and student development.
Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills.
What you'll do:
Lead teaching and learning across Grades 5–7 to ensure outstanding student outcomes.
Coach, mentor and evaluate teachers to strengthen classroom practice.
Analyse academic data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with families to support student success.
Champion a positive, inclusive and high-performing school culture.
