What is Rumi?
Offline-first lesson plans, block guides and assessments — the entire national curriculum, digitised and handed to government.
How does it work?
The teacher presses record on WhatsApp during their lesson. Rumi analyses the audio in real time. Within minutes, the teacher receives a personalised coaching debrief: lesson score, key strengths, a Moment Worth Remembering, and one specific thing to try next class.
Why does it matter?
A high-quality human coach costs $50–150 per session and cannot scale. Rumi delivers ~90% the quality of a human coach at near-zero marginal cost. Coaching effect sizes: 0.4–0.8 SD (Kraft et al.) — among the highest-impact interventions in education.
