Join Silverleaf Academy as a Technical Product Manager and bridge the gap between organisational strategy and technology delivery. Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Product Management certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is an advantage.
3–5 years' experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Technical Program Management.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional development teams.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Linear.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in EdTech, NGOs, or social impact organisations is an advantage.
What you'll do:
Own and prioritise the product roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
Translate strategic priorities into sprint-ready development work.
Lead agile delivery, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate developers across frontend, backend, and data teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate delivery progress.
Improve product development processes, tools, and documentation.
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
